The Academy will offer each member organization of the CSD a maximum of (2) complimentary base registrations as non-member non-physicians.  To ensure that we send registration information to the appropriate representatives in your organization, you are asked to email us the name, address, email, and organizational role of the chosen individuals.

Name changes cannot be accommodated after the initial designation.

Each individual designated to receive the complimentary base registration will also receive up to two (2) complimentary tickets per person to any ticketed session not labeled as Restricted. Once registered, each designated individual will also receive first-come, first-serve access to all non-ticketed sessions except those labeled as Restricted. Session access is subject to change based on programming changes and overall meeting access for non-member non-physicians.

Failure to meet the AAD designated deadlines will result in the inability to participate in this program.

An email containing registration and housing instructions will be sent to the designated individuals in November. Each individual will then need to register themselves for the meeting and housing, if needed. Individuals are responsible for their own housing and air travel expenses.

Exhibit Booth

The Academy has provided the CSD with complimentary exhibit space which is being coordinated by the CSD President. The CSD is responsible for the booth layout/design and arranging all CSD member organizations’ participation. Should any CSD member organization wish to apply independently for stand-alone exhibit space, the standard application process and rental fees would apply. CSD Annual Meeting

The CSD will be having a luncheon and Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 21st, from 11:30 am – 3 pm.
