Coalition of Skin Diseases Day on Capitol Hill Application

Hello:
Thank you for your interest in participating in the CSD’s 2026 Capitol Hill Day, taking place May 18-19.
Schedule of Events:
Monday, May 18: Advocacy training, reception/dinner
Tuesday, May 19: Meetings with legislators and a Congressional briefing
It’s going to be a great time of being together with like-minded advocates, honing and using our advocacy skills to improve the lives of the 84 million Americans living with a skin condition.
The CSD is proud to offer our patient advocates financial support to aid their attendance by providing a travel bursary to help offset the costs of travel to the event. A two-night stay, May 17-19, in a standard room at The Morrow Hotel will be covered by the CSD. Any additional hotel nights, meals or incidentals will be the financial responsibility of the participant.
Each participant will be responsible for coordinating their own travel arrangements, which includes economy (no business or 1st class) flight or train, ground transportation, and parking. These expenses will be reimbursed to the regional amount specified, following the event upon submission of an expense report with accompanying receipts.
Any additional nights to the hotel stay due to travel needs must be approved by CSD or will be the financial responsibility of the participant.
Attendance to Hill Day training prior to the event and on May 18, along with meetings with legislators on May 19, is mandatory for eligibility and reimbursement.
